Location: Shell Scotford - Fort Saskatchewan, AB
Position: Project based / Full-Time (2 weeks+)
Work Schedule: 6 on and 1 off, working 10-12 hours per day
TAP/LOA: Available to those living outside the 120 km radius with accepted proof of residence documentation and travel receipts.

Waiward is currently seeking motivated and safety conscious Unionized Apprentice and Journeyperson Boilermakers & B Pressure Welders for the mega-turnaround at the Shell Scotford Project Site. All recruitment is conducted in partnership with Boilermaker's Lodge 146, working under the General Plant Maintenance Agreement (GPMA). All hires must be dispatched through the union.
Job Purpose
The Boilermaker is responsible for assembling, installing, welding, maintaining, and repairing boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other heavy steel structures in accordance with specifications, codes, and safety standards. This role involves interpreting blueprints, using a variety of hand and power tools, and working in diverse industrial environments. Boilermakers ensure structural integrity and operational efficiency by performing precision work.
